We are excited to announce the refurbishment of the Ruskin Arms Hotel in East London. This historic pub, which was built in 1860, transformed into a boutique hotel with 59 rooms.

The refurbishment will respect the building's heritage while also creating a modern and stylish hotel. The original features of the pub, such as the exposed brickwork and the wooden beams retained, and the hotel decorated in a contemporary style.

We completely strip out all M&E services, internal walls, ceilings, and furniture, install brand new Mechanical and Electrical system with smart control features and access control for thought for security. 

The hotel has a mix of room types, including standard rooms and family rooms. All the rooms are equipped with modern amenities, such as flat-screen TVs, AC, Wi-Fi, Smart Control System to all equipment in the room and en suite bathrooms.

The Ruskin Arms Hotel will be a valuable addition to East London's hotel scene. The hotel's combination of history, style, and amenities will make it a popular destination for both tourists and business travellers.
