Aldgate Apartments is a new build development of 38 flats in East London. The development comprises a mix of studios, 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, all of which are designed to be modern and stylish. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped and include all the amenities you would expect from a high end home or hotel room, the whole concept is designed to provide this building will serve either a hotel or short stay accommodations. 

We took careful consideration in crafting this development, demolishing an existing old 5-storey building to construct a 6-storey RC frame with an additional extension floor on an adjoining building. Moreover, we created a spacious 5500 sqft new basement, resulting in over 15,000 Sqft of living space and 7.000 sqft of office space.
