Welcome to "Metro Apartments," a luxurious residential property offering an unparalleled blend of space and serenity in the thriving neighbourhood of Hendon, Northwest London. Our vision for this project involves the demolition of existing buildings and the creation of an exquisite three-storey building with a lower ground floor, accommodating 14 thoughtfully designed flats, car parking, cycle storage, refuse facilities, and delightful amenity spaces.

At "Metro Apartments," thoughtful design takes centre stage. We've carefully considered every aspect of the development, especially the front facade. Taking inspiration from the neighbouring buildings, we've chosen similar materials and extended existing decorative elements to create a cohesive and harmonious streetscape. Our design team has meticulously replicated existing features where appropriate, preserving the historic and architectural value of the area.

The design intention of "Metro Apartments" was to create a residential development of the high-end architectural quality, one that seamlessly integrates with the adjoining buildings while enhancing the local street scene. Each apartment has been crafted to provide a serene haven, reflecting modern elegance and comfort, ensuring residents can relax and recharge in style.
